Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Prospera 360 website. The website is informational and does not itself create an offer, mandate, investment recommendation or property reservation.Last updated: 24 August 2026

  1. Operator

This website is operated by PROSPERA 360 Ι.Κ.Ε. (Private Company), trading as Prospera 360, Greek Tax Identification Number (AFM) 803340296, G.E.MI. number 194923506000 and EUID ELGEMI.194923506000, with registered office at 16 Tsimiski, 54624 Thessaloniki, Greece. Contact: info@prospera-360.com.

  2. Informational purpose

Website content provides a general introduction to our practice and to Greek real-estate processes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice based on your circumstances.

Law, residency programmes, market conditions, taxes, costs and property availability can change. A qualified independent professional must confirm the current position before you rely on it or make a decision.

  3. Properties, figures and media

Property cards and visual sequences used on the current website are curated editorial examples unless a page expressly says otherwise. They must not be treated as live stock, a binding specification or a promise of availability.

Any yield, price, cost, timeline, eligibility marker or market comment is illustrative or general. It is not a forecast, guarantee, valuation or promise of income. Photographs and film may illustrate a place, property type or service rather than the exact subject of an enquiry.

  4. Golden Visa and professional boundaries

Prospera 360 may coordinate property-side work and communication with independent specialists. Eligibility and the legal application are determined and handled by appropriately qualified independent counsel under the rules in force at the relevant time.

Lawyers, notaries, engineers, accountants, tax advisers, valuers and other regulated professionals remain responsible for their own judgments and services. Their appointment may be subject to separate terms and fees.

  5. Enquiries and formal engagement

Sending a form or email is an invitation to discuss your needs. It does not reserve a property, accept an offer, establish exclusivity or create a client mandate. Prospera 360 may need to complete availability, conflict, identity, compliance and scope checks before accepting work.

A service begins only when the relevant parties agree the scope and any required written terms. Those specific terms take precedence over these website terms for that engagement.

  6. Permitted use and intellectual property

You may view and share a link to the website for lawful, personal or internal business evaluation. You may not scrape, copy, republish, sell, misrepresent, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

The Prospera 360 name, design, original copy and site presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party media and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used under the applicable licence.

  7. External websites

Links to authorities and third-party resources are provided for context. Prospera 360 does not control their availability, accessibility, security or content, and a link does not imply endorsement. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you visit them.

  8. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every general statement will remain current. We may correct, update, suspend or remove content when needed.

To the extent permitted by law, Prospera 360 is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information instead of obtaining relevant professional verification. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

  9. Privacy and accessibility

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. Our Cookie Policy describes the website's current technology, and our Accessibility Statement explains how to report a barrier. These documents form part of the information governing use of the site.

  10. Applicable law and concerns

These website terms are governed by Greek law. Any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to a consumer remain unaffected. The competent courts are determined by applicable law.

If you have a concern, contact info@prospera-360.com first so we can review it. Consumers may also seek information from the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman where its remit applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top identifies the current version.
