Access for everyone

Accessibility Statement

Prospera 360 is committed to making its public website usable by as many people as possible. We design and test against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.Last updated: 24 August 2026

  1. Scope and standard

This statement covers the public English and Greek pages at prospera-360.com. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

A target is not the same as an unconditional certification. Accessibility depends on content, code, browser and assistive technology together, so we keep testing and correct barriers when they are found.

  2. What the website supports

The current templates use semantic landmarks and heading order, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, labelled form fields, programmatic validation messages, descriptive link text, responsive layouts and text contrast designed for AA thresholds.

Information is not communicated by colour alone. The decorative home film is muted, has a visible pause control and is replaced by a still image when reduced motion, data saving or a slow connection indicates that film is not appropriate.

A native Accessibility settings menu offers text enlargement, higher contrast, clearer links and headings, increased text spacing, and reduced motion. These optional presentation controls complement the accessible structure of the website; they do not replace it or claim to guarantee conformance. Choices remain only in your browser and can be reset at any time.

  3. How we test

Before this statement was published, representative English and Greek routes were checked with automated structural and contrast tests, keyboard-only navigation, visible focus, form errors, reduced-motion settings, mobile layouts and zoom-equivalent narrow widths.

Automated tests cannot prove every assistive-technology experience. Independent testing with current screen readers remains part of ongoing launch and maintenance review, and we do not present this statement as third-party certification.

  4. Known limitations

We are not aware of a critical or major accessibility barrier in the current public templates after the checks described above. Linked third-party websites are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.

Content and features can change. If we identify a limitation that cannot be corrected immediately, we will record it here with an alternative and an expected resolution where we can reasonably provide one.

  5. Tell us about a barrier

If you cannot access information, operate a control or complete the enquiry form, email info@prospera-360.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology used.

We will acknowledge the issue, investigate it and provide the information in a reasonable alternative format where possible. Accessibility feedback is used only to resolve the request and is handled under our Privacy Notice.

  6. Preparation and review

This statement was prepared on 24 August 2026 through self-assessment of the current public website. It will be reviewed after a material design, content or platform change and at least annually while this service is active.
