Can you work with buyers who are not in Greece?
Yes. Most of our clients start abroad. Viewings can be arranged around your travel, documents move digitally where the law allows, and a power of attorney with your lawyer can cover steps that would otherwise require your presence.
What does due diligence include in Greece?
Two tracks, always: legal vetting of deeds, ownership history, encumbrances, and land-registry status by property lawyers; and technical inspection of structural integrity and building compliance by licensed engineers. We coordinate both before you commit.

Can you manage the property after the purchase?

What property-management models can I choose from?
We offer three flexible models: short-term rental management with dynamic pricing, listings, cleaning, and guest relations; long-term rental management with tenant sourcing, screening, rent collection, and maintenance; and property care with inspections, administration, pre-arrival preparation, and emergency-repair coordination for holiday homes.
Do you provide assistance with local utility setup and settling in?
Yes. Our after-sales team can assist with essential utility transfers, including electricity, gas, and water; connect you with trusted electricians and plumbers; and coordinate furniture removals and home-setup logistics.
